  This Sunday we had an amazing Annual #SportsDay with 300 participants in 25 teams competing for the #championship and earning points for charity. This made me think about teamwork vs competition in sports and work.In sports, teamwork is crucial. It brings together individuals to achieve #remarkableresults. But competition also drives growth and pushes athletes to be their best. ⚽️ In the workplace, teamwork promotes creativity and problem-solving. Competition inspires #personaldevelopment and innovation. 💼💡The key is finding #balance. Embrace teamwork for collective success and collaboration.   Do commercial entities, such as #Nike have the right to use and change national symbols for the purposes of #brandactivism and profit? They are getting a lot of attention at the moment so if that was their aim, Nike has achieved it. But how far can for-profit entities exploit official national symbols? Would they do it to a flag of other countries? #multiculturalmarketplaces #globalbrands #brandactivism
